  1. Warranty Details

All warranties are as per Dynamo Electric Pvt. Ltd. policies.
Below are the applicable warranty periods and conditions:

  1. Motor & Controller: 24 months warranty (except Eway SL — valid till 25 September 2027).
  2. Lithium Battery: 2+1 years warranty.
  3. Tyres: As per tyre manufacturer’s warranty.
  4. Lithium Charger: 13 months warranty; Lead Charger: 12 months warranty.
  5. LG Battery: 3 months for bulging, 12 months for lower range (only during normal running; deep discharge not covered).
  6. Meter: SL models – no warranty; other models – 6 months warranty.
  7. Front & Rear Shockers: Eway – no warranty; other models – 3 months warranty.
  8. Eway Motor & Controller: 1-year warranty only.
  9. DC Converter: Other models – 3 months warranty; Eway model – no warranty.
  10. Handle, Tea & Lock Set: No warranty.
  11. Rear Shocker: Eway – no warranty; other models – 3 months warranty.
  12. Throttle: Eway – no warranty; other models – 3 months warranty.
  13. Electric SL: Without warranty.

⚠️ Note: Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects. Physical damage, misuse, deep battery discharge, or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
All warranty claims must be supported by original purchase documents and are processed as per manufacturer’s approval.

  1. Warranty Claim Procedure
  • Customers must present the original invoice and warranty card at the time of claim.
  • Warranty does not include transportation, labor, or incidental costs.
  • All warranty replacements or repairs are subject to verification and approval by Dynamo Electric Pvt. Ltd.
  1. Limitation of Liability

Omcar Electric Vehicle is not responsible for:

  • Damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Delays in part availability or service due to supply issues.
  • Any indirect loss or inconvenience arising from vehicle malfunction.
